2. Purpose of Spike Map

Spike Map is a public-safety awareness tool to help people:

• Report suspected drink-spiking incidents
• View anonymised safety heatmaps
• Receive location-based alerts
• Access quick-dial safety resources

It is not an emergency service, medical tool, or law-enforcement platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use the App.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App responsibly
• Provide accurate information when submitting reports
• Not submit false or misleading reports
• Not use the App for harassment, defamation, or abuse

False reporting may result in account removal and may be unlawful.

5. Account and Security

You are responsible for:

Spike Map is an awareness and support tool, not verified evidence.

8. Location Services

You can withdraw permissions at any time in your device settings. If disabled, certain features may not work.

9. Intellectual Property

All features, designs, logos, and content belong to AGLP Event Enterprises CIC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.

Spike Map is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for:

• Decisions you make based on user reports
• Errors in location data
• Service interruptions or bugs
• Damages, injury, or loss related to App use

11. Termination
